Matt Aslan joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 as an agent specializing in multifamily assets for the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group. He brings more than nine years of experience focusing in banking center management and business lending in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Over the years, Aslan has developed a passion for advising clients to help them exceed their financial goals and achieve economic success while maintaining a high level of customer service. He delivers results by listening and understanding his clients’ goals and providing investment strategies based on his market knowledge and expertise. By utilizing an advisory approach, he empowers his clients to make crucial investment choices with confidence while building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals alike.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Aslan served as a Vice President and Market Leader for BB&T Bank. He managed and supported the performance of a banking center with emphasis on consumer and business lending, balanced growth, and profitability of the bank’s deposit products. He proactively initiated, developed, and managed profitable long-term relationships with consumer and business clients. He led a branch team to consistently provide robust customer service with every client, offer financial solutions that best fit each client’s need, and collaborated with business owners to understand their business from the ground up while offering valuable market trend knowledge that assisted their business to increase revenues.

Aslan graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s of Science in finance. He has lived in Dallas/Fort Worth for over 22 years and resides in East Dallas with his wife Tara, and their young daughter Iva. They are active members of Watermark Community Church in Dallas.

Joey Murry

Joseph Murry joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as a financial analyst and has since become an agent specializing in multifamily assets.  He brings more than eight years of experience focusing on commercial real estate sales and consulting for corporate and private clients. Over the years, Murry has established himself as a trusted advisor with a client-centric approach to achieve superior results and build lasting long-term relationships with his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Murry served as a Real Estate Portfolio Account Manager for Mohr Partners, a corporate real estate firm focusing on national tenant advisory and consultancy for office, retail, and industrial tenants. In this role, he negotiated numerous complex real estate transactions and managed the entire due diligence process.

Murry graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics. He has lived in Dallas/Fort Worth for over 30 years and currently resides in Lake Highlands with his wife Elissa, and their young daughter Avery. They attend Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas.

Jonathan Ochstein

Jonathan Ochstein joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2020 as an agent specializing in multifamily assets. He brings a passion and personal commitment to advising clients trying to reach their investment goals. Having minored in Real Estate, Jonathan not only has academic real estate knowledge but also a familial background in the multi-family industry. Born and raised in Dallas, Jonathan carries a lifetime of regional expertise to the DFW market.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Jonathan studied Sport Management at Syracuse University where he was Head Manager for the Syracuse University Women’s basketball team. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Jonathan enjoys playing sports and spending time with friends and family.
