Garret Nelson joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap in June 2023 specializing in multifamily assets across Dallas-Fort Worth. He infuses a genuine passion and steadfast personal commitment into cultivating lasting relationships, assisting clients in exceeding their investment expectations, and upholding his reputation as a dependable multifamily advisor. He was recognized as the 2023 “Hustler of the Year” at the 2024 Marcus & Millichap DFW Kick-Off.
Garret grew up in Orange County, California before moving to Dallas. He attended SMU’s Cox School of Business, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he commenced his multifamily brokerage career at Waller Group Capital.
Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Garret enjoys attending the Boulevard and SMU football games, working out, and spending quality time with his friends and family. He currently resides in Northeast Dallas.
