Kirk Tardy serves as Executive Business Manager for the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap, overseeing the team’s operations, vendor relationships, and technology after leading its marketing function for nearly two decades.
With over twenty years of experience in real estate, Tardy brings a rare mix of creative, technical, and operational expertise to the team. He built much of the internal technology and web presence that keeps the business running efficiently, from financial modeling to custom software and AI-driven tools. Before joining Fluellen-Hoover, he worked as a licensed real estate agent and professional photographer, giving him firsthand insight into the transactional, business, and visual sides of the industry.
Tardy studied finance with an emphasis in real estate at Texas Tech University. He continues to work closely with the team on strategy, planning, and deal execution, bringing the same detail-oriented, systems-minded approach to the business side that built the team’s marketing foundation.
