Blake Burnett

Blake Burnett is a Vice President in the Dallas office of Marcus & Millichap. Joining the firm in 2006, he specializes in the disposition and acquisition of investments in Texas for private investors of both income-producing and distressed properties, typically valued under $10 million. Mr. Burnett provides his clients with unparalleled advisory services with real-time market information, experience in complex transactions, and exceptional support, enabling him to maximize value for his clients.

With deep expertise in Net Lease investments, Blake Burnett brings a strategic understanding to multifamily and mixed-use assets. This allows him to provide comprehensive investment solutions that address these sectors’ unique demands and growth opportunities. In addition to advisory services, he expertly leverages Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, the firm’s proprietary technology, and his ability to reach beyond local and in-state investors to the growing number of out-of-state investors seeking opportunities within the Texas Market.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he was a leading software sales executive with companies such as Oracle and i2 Technologies. Throughout his career in real estate and technology, he has accomplished several sales achievements and continues to receive acknowledgment from the firm, his peers, and other industry professionals. Since joining the firm, Mr. Burnett has received several promotions and mostly recently was named Associate Vice President.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his three daughters, golf, fitness, and volunteering for local charities such as Watch Dogs, Habitat for Humanity, and The Storehouse of Collin County.
