Colton Hoppe leads the team’s financial analysis efforts, focusing on multifamily debt and equity transactions to support owners across acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization in both primary and secondary markets. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, he joined Marcus & Millichap in 2024 after completing an internship with a local private equity firm, gaining hands-on experience in multifamily investment analysis and due diligence. He has since underwritten more than 100,000 units and sized loans in excess of $1 billion across conventional and non-conventional multifamily assets.
In addition to deal execution, he oversees analytical workflows and process development, implementing improvements that reduced underwriting timelines by more than 50 percent while enhancing the quality of analyses. His work is guided by the core values of tenacity, integrity, and audacity, with an emphasis on continuous professional development.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University, completing the program in just one year. He is a CFA Program Level I candidate, holds a Texas Real Estate License, and is a licensed Private Pilot.
Outside the office, Colton enjoys flying, participating in his Toastmasters club, actively investing in real estate, and contributing to the local community through the team’s Fluellen-Hoover Give Back program.
