Dylan joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group at Marcus & Millichap in January 2024, specializing in Arkansas Multifamily. Originating from Chicago, IL, Dylan channels genuine passion and unwavering dedication into cultivating enduring connections, guiding clients to surpass their investment goals, and upholding his reputation as a trustworthy multifamily advisor.

Prior to joining our team, Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami of Ohio’s Farmer School of Business. His journey in real estate began as an analyst for FBK Management, a prominent provider of upscale Manufactured Housing Communities. Outside of real estate, Dylan finds fulfillment in cheering on his beloved Chicago sports teams and enjoying fishing outings with friends and family.
