Harrison joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in May 2023, focusing on Dallas-Fort Worth multifamily assets. He grew up in Dallas where he attended Highland Park High School before graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in May 2021.
He started his professional career at the exciting startup G2Lytics, a highly advanced artificial intelligence (AI) analytics engine designed to assist revenue agencies assess businesses’ compliance. He then joined Santander Real Estate Capital as an analyst where he was directly involved in $400 million of middle-market multifamily DFW loan originations. In 2022 he came on with Partners Real Estate, one of the largest private real estate companies based in Texas. He helped establish the new office in Dallas where he began his multifamily brokerage journey before joining Marcus & Millichap. Having grown up in the real estate business with his father being a multifamily developer, Harrison brings worthy experience to the table combined with a second-to-none hunger and work ethic.
Harrison is a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and volunteers at The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center. In his free time, he likes to jog the Katy Trail, White Rock Lake, and spend time when he can outside with family, friends, and his German Shepherd, Kobe.
