John Darrell joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap as a member of the primary markets team in 2025 after completing a successful internship with the firm in 2024. He was also selected as a William A. Millichap Fellow, a selective 24-month training and development program for up-and-coming commercial real estate professionals. John’s dedication to serving clients is grounded in his strong work ethic, leadership background, and commitment to delivering multifamily owners the most value on their investments.
John graduated from Baylor University in 2025 earning a degree in Professional Selling, the nation’s top-ranked sales program. During his time at Baylor, he also served as president of the largest fraternity on campus, Phi Kappa Chi.
Outside of Marcus & Millichap, John is an active member of Watermark Church. He likes to spend his time playing sports, watching movies, and being with friends and family.
