John McGregor joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2018 with a specialized focus on Secondary Markets. A commercial real estate agent since 2004, he brings forward years of experience and in-depth knowledge to his clients as a trusted advisor. His focus is on providing the most detailed, accurate and current market data to assist his clients in developing the most informed investment decisions. This and the combination of Marcus & Millichap’s nationwide platform delivers consistent, expectation-exceeding results for his clients.

Prior to moving to Dallas, John lived in Bend, Oregon for many years, where he was a commercial real estate agent, business owner, and avid mountain biker. He has a history of creating long-term relationships and values the relationships created through his advisory services. Before his career in commercial real estate, John has owned and operated successful businesses, including a start-up business that grew to a multi-location, multimillion dollar company. His business and entrepreneurial background has proven to be an asset for his current clients.

John has 2 boys, Cole and Alec. He is proud to call Texas home since 2012.
