Matt Waskow combines a decade of multifamily investment experience with a relationship-first approach, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence. He entered the business in 2013 as a Senior Financial Analyst, developing a strong foundation in underwriting, valuation, and market analysis before transitioning into multifamily investment sales in 2018. Over the course of his career, Matt has been involved in the sale of nearly $4 billion in multifamily transactions, advising owners and investors across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and select markets beyond.
Born and raised in DFW, Matt began his career at a Dallas-based boutique multifamily advisory firm, where he developed an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to transaction execution and client service. That experience continues to shape his advisory style today. By joining the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap, Matt is able to combine that relationship-driven foundation with the resources, reach, and data-driven capabilities of the industry’s leading national investment sales platform — allowing him to offer more comprehensive solutions to his long-term, trusted clients.
Matt is known for his transparent communication style, disciplined pricing strategy, and ability to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. His focus is not simply closing transactions, but serving as a long-term advisor to investors navigating changing market conditions and evolving capital strategies.
Outside of the office, Matt lives in Prosper, Texas, with his wife and five children. He is deeply involved in his family’s day-to-day life and enjoys coaching his boys in soccer and football, valuing the lessons of teamwork, discipline, and leadership that sports instill. He and his family are proud parishioners of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Frisco, Texas, and Matt places a high priority on faith, family, and being an engaged, present father.
