Wes Racht joined the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge with over a decade of real estate experience, and a tenacious work ethic derived from collegiate football and multifamily investment sales. In his career, Wes has obtained a Real Estate Broker license in the State of Texas, has completed more than 300 transactions, transacted in Texas and California, and operated a property management company. Wes prides himself in analyzing each investment as his own and achieving results that exceed market expectations. With a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Texas, Wes has a keen eye to find and capitalize on investment opportunities.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Wes was the co-owner of now Revyve Chiropractic & Massage which also includes Cryotherapy. He co-founded the business in 2012 in Forney, Texas. In 2018, he sold both his Forney and Lewisville practices with annual sales of over one million in revenue.

Wes grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, and moved to North Texas in 2011 to pursue the last years of his football career. He is married to Gabriela, who is a stay-at-home-mom, as well as a real estate agent. They live in Castle Hills with their three children; Presley, Everley and Emmaley. They are members of Bent Tree Bible Church in Carrollton, Texas. Wes enjoys visiting family back in California, traveling, and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
